What we do:

What we do:
Hands-On Apprenticeships: Direct on-site training in core construction disciplines, including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical Work, and HVAC installation.
Job Readiness & Certification: Preparing students for the workforce through safety training (OSHA 10/30 certifications), blueprint reading, and building code compliance.
Live Project Learning: Students gain real-world experience by working directly on CVW’s affordable housing and rehabilitation projects under the supervision of master tradespeople.
Career Placement Assistance: Partnering with local contractors, unions, and developers to connect program graduates with high-paying, entry-level job opportunities in the construction industry.
