Community Vision Works (CVW)
CVW Developments is a mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing housing equity and economic stability across North Carolina, Charlotte area, Mecklenburg County. By transforming distressed properties into high-quality, sustainable homes, we provide the foundation for underserved families to achieve long-term growth and generational wealth.

Home Repair & Maintenance Assistance
We provide case-by-case support for eligible homeowners to address critical repairs like plumbing and electrical work. Our goal is to improve safety, habitability, and long-term housing stability by preventing property deterioration through approved contractors.
Skilled Trade & Workforce Training
Offering hands-on training and workforce development opportunities in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general construction. Programs are designed to build practical skills, create pathways to employment, and support the local workforce needed to sustain affordable housing efforts.
